TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Apartments are rented from 3 nights to 6 months. Some apartments can be rented from 1 night. Contact us for availability.

Book payment can be made by: Credit Card, Wire Bank Transfers, trough the PayPal System or by Money Orders.

Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to check in.

Guarantee Deposit (if any) will be giving you back at the end of your stay.

At the end or your stay, you have to return the apartment in the same conditions as it was received.

Check-In: 3 PM.

Check-Out: Noon.

If possible, we will try to accomodate check-in and check-out hours to your particular needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR RESERVATIONS: YOUR RIGHT TO RECEIVE A REFUND IS LIMITED, as set forth in the following schedule. All requests for refunds must be sent to us in writing and take 60 days to process
If your notice is received: You will receive:
61 or more days before check in: Full refund (Minus cancelation fee)*
60 to 45 days before check in: 50% refund
Within 45 days before check in: No refund
*Cancelation fee: $100.
